When you are ready to sell, we will analyze your business and put together a book that we call a Confidential Business Review, or CBR for short (sometimes referred to as an Offering Memorandum or Prospectus). The ASG Partners CBR is a professional package that engages prospective buyers and educates them about your company. It tells buyers the story of your company’s past, highlights the operation’s strengths, discloses any weaknesses, and helps buyers familiarize themselves with the future of your business.
Packaging is a crucial part of the selling process, and ASG Partners invests considerable time into creating an outstanding document. We devote an entire month to the packaging phase and go into great detail to provide a quality and level of information that is second to none in the industry.
