We bill consulting services by the hour but when the time comes to sell, we are primarily compensated in the form of a success fee paid at closing. Working towards a success fee means that we have an incentive to achieve the best possible transaction for each one of our clients. We are highly motivated to achieve our clients’ objectives and we are highly confident in our ability to succeed. That confidence is reflected in our written agreement with clients.
